Just doesn’t work.
It doesn’t work lol. It LITERALLY doesn’t work. It’s downloaded, not sure what purpose it serves. Okay I’ll elaborate.
I recently opted for the Verizon Visa Card as I have Verizon Fios internet and I use a Straight Talk phone plan. This card offers 4% back on gas, grocery, dining which is anything the common man would want. The idea is great! You can use the Cashback on your internet/phone bill or “shop from the Verizon store”. So I was attempting to use my points, and it just doesn’t direct me to the store. It literally says “go to Verizon shop” and it takes me to their Verizon Loyalty Program page, which I’m supposedly automatically signed up for considering I have the Visa card. So I went to the store manually, tried to add an Apple Watch to my cart, and it doesn’t work. It’s literally a button with zero function. I’m almost convinced it is a genuine scam to get people into a credit card that is genuinely worthless without this 4% back feature.
Point being, no reason to have the app unless you have a Verizon phone plan and internet. I haven’t yet tried to use my cashback on my bill yet, but if it tells me I can shop from Verizon and it simply doesn’t let me, it’s misleading and false advertising, and I think it’s work looking into a lawyer at this point. Thanks, but no thanks.

My experience
I absolutely love the options. You guys have as far as electronics inside the store. I’m not seeing this in a bad way, but there’s not 1 million people like AT&T as soon as you walk through the door you get greeted you don’t have to wait only downfall. I’d say you guys have is service in some places. The AT&T has other than that. I like you guys a lot more thank you very much. For being a service to all us Americans.

They are charging a $10 agent assistant fee. A $10 AGENT ASSISTANCE FEE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE R E Q U I R E D TO GIVE THEIR CLIENTS. I AM SO DONE WITH THESE MONEY HUNGRY FOOLS. Going to get bought out of my contract immediately.
Unreliable, Slow, inconsistent.
This is a billion dollar company that for SOME reason, can’t get a simple app to work properly. It resonates heavily with the fact verizon is going downhill and using cost cutting measures. This is embarrassing. Do better.

Hi, my name is Janie. Ann and I have been a little customer to them for like five years now. Not one time I’ve ever told me the truth. They have promised me several things and never done. My bills never what they said it was gonna be they locked me in to come out my. Account each month and then they didn’t take it out of my account and they added a lot of late fee fees and I called and told him they told me that they would take it off there. They done nothing but lie I talked to a supervisor today since 9 o’clock this morning finally got done about 830 at night up on me and laughing in my ear, thinking it was funny which I didn’t think it was too funny people promised me and they just got my account messed it up. It was one40 140 then another supervisor got on there and it went to 240 and another super advisor got on there and made it 300 he said I promise you 380 he said I promise you you’re gonna pay that or I will shut your phone off I said what about making the customer status happy and doing what you guys said you was don’t care to make no one happy that what he says goes there’s no one higher than him and anybody’s feelings that the 380s getting paid or he will take my phones for me and I said oh OK. I see how you so low class you talk to your wife like that at home. He just started laughing in my ear. He put me on hold I thought it was a game. I couldn’t get nothing done. I went to the store. I wasted my whole day. My life that I’ll never get back this was so frustrated. I start having chest pains that’s this God, they don’t care how they treat people or how they do people. They will promise you the moon, and they will not believe a word they say if you want to get screwed and pay very high bills and be treated like trash go through Verizon
