Can't download bill pdf
Something in the app has changed and there's no longer a share sheet button to download/save the pdf of the bill. Can only view it in app now.
2026 & still can't download bill from phone app
Any chance this pretty basic feature can be added to the app? Otherwise I'm forced to login from a computer in order to save monthly billing statements :-(

I’m a FiOS customer, not a VZW customer
Why does Verizon FiOS force me into their Wireless app for service? Do I want to upgrade my iPhone? No, I’m not a VZW customer. Do I want to upgrade my 5G home internet? No, I’m not a VZW customer. Is it really that hard to build two separate apps for two separate companies? My FiOS isn’t working, but the app doesn’t offer troubleshooting or support for FiOS, and just dumps me on a blank screen when I try to get support.

I’ve been with Verizon for over 20 years. Other carriers don’t even come close to matching Verizon’s service. I travel for work and Verizon is the only service that works I. All of the locations I travel to.
