The Assurion tech Lyka is super!!!
She was very patient and kind to guide which help me fix my problem that I had over three months my phone would not accept calls or I couldn’t call out many times I missed a lot of important calls and I’m very grateful. I tried to call a few other times Verizon technician people and they said unplug the router never helped fix problem for about 90 days the only way was to call or receive a call using many times FaceTime audioon my iPhone 11 Pro Max … Lyka tremendous did!!!

Horrible and worthless
I spent Two hours on and off hold while continually having my call dropped and having to start from scratch over and over and over again. You guys have the worst system. I hate Verizon tech coach ! I am leaving Verizon all together based on these people.
