Lies that it’s free unlimited storage.
It’s only 5gb of storage for free. I found that out after I had to give them my phone and email. 5gb is not worth it. Why lie that it’s unlimited. Don’t bother with this app.
Lost everything
It was all going good—my photos were saved and my phone storage was clear—until one day I opened the app and everything was gone except for photos that I didn’t even ask to put in the app. Could be user error, but now I don’t have any of the precious memories I entrusted to this app. :/
Super performant app
I just love this photos app. Photos gallery is super smooth and can see all photos within few seconds

I have never seen what I had stored but I am looking for something that I hope I can find
Photos Lost
This app is useful, but can be slow. A great help when changing devices. However, after the most recent update I lost everything and it will not backup my current photos. I contacted Asurion Support and I am still waiting on the issue to be resolved.
