Not loading to my iPad

Now it’s not loading, the last load was in April and it don’t have all of April. but it’s not loading n my iPad. I’m login to same account so it should have the same photos and videos. But other than that I love it.

Lies that it’s free unlimited storage.

It’s only 5gb of storage for free. I found that out after I had to give them my phone and email. 5gb is not worth it. Why lie that it’s unlimited. Don’t bother with this app.

Lost everything

It was all going good—my photos were saved and my phone storage was clear—until one day I opened the app and everything was gone except for photos that I didn’t even ask to put in the app. Could be user error, but now I don’t have any of the precious memories I entrusted to this app. :/
