I have never seen what I had stored but I am looking for something that I hope I can find
Photos Lost
This app is useful, but can be slow. A great help when changing devices. However, after the most recent update I lost everything and it will not backup my current photos. I contacted Asurion Support and I am still waiting on the issue to be resolved.

No easy search option
It’s easy to upload photos. But, there is no easy way to search a specific time frame. Please add a search option because the current options are not easy or user friendly.
Disappointing.
The app takes forever to load, and then shuts down when you hit optimize. It takes 30 minutes for it to even open. The actual back-up is disappointing.
Not working.
What is going on with this app? Trying to open it but nothing, get stuck at its first screen, freezing for ever.
Useless!
I intended this to be SEPARATE from my photos app and instead it just loaded all photos without new getting a say in the matter. Now I have to delete HUNDREDS of photos I never wanted to be on here if I'm going to use it. More likely I'm just deleting the app and finding a better one that gives me a choice in what happens to MY pictures.

Horrible.
This app is horrible. It crashes all the time, it is unreasonably SLOW, drains the battery quickly, and constantly pauses because the phone gets “too hot” (barely warm). I have been unable to successfully complete a full backup.
Can’t really do much with it
it takes so long to load, once the pictures show up they won’t save because they can’t load all the way and the app quits multiple times, i only have about a year backed up and it won’t even let me go back to april to save photos. this app is a joke

I have lost my data. I had 1200 GB stored in the storage and overnight. It went down to 100 gig for last month. I’ve been trying to get a hold of somebody and get this rectified screaming red alert, letting people know emailing back-and-forth and you cannot reach these guys to save your life. God willing they read this review because this could be the most tragic storage debacle I’ve ever seen and i would say I’m shopping new insurance for my iPad Pro because of this app. You call 24 seven support you do not get these guys. You can’t reach them. They won’t return your e-mails, it is awful. The 24 seven crew they don’t know anything about the app. They can’t help you with anything so when your information shows up missing and you try to reach them for a month and to no avail, I’d say run for your lives. people do not use this app. If u want to work without a new

It says I need to verify my account but it hasn’t sent me and email and it won’t let me see any of my pictures or upload anything

Don’t even bother trying to reach out to this company regarding photo storage.
They will refer you to email the photo support and they are non existent and won’t even acknowledge your email. It’s been (5) weeks.

Say unlimited storage , but you only get 5GB unless you pay for more! That’s not unlimited!!! I loved this app until they changed it !!! Thanks a lot
Can’t recover photos
I had this photo storage when it was affiliated with Sprint, I stored ALL my photos & videos on this site as a backup. It was maybe 4 years worth of pictures. One day they announced that they were no longer going to offer through sprint, they will send the link to email to get our photos & that’s it. Well, the link never worked for me to download my pictures & every time I tried to contact their customer service I got a runaround & no one knew anything. Years of photos just gone!
