It is always lagging, no matter what happens and it is the worst Internet I have ever had

Slow network

I thought upgrading would allow my service to be much faster speeds and better service overall but all it was about was just increase payment and a worse service than what I previously had 1G. This seems I’ve been making a 2 G upgrade yet my home keep buffering for service . This needs to be addressed urgently .
