Extremely slow, can’t get the app to load most of the time
Service is Fine, App is Awful
My Verizon service is fine, but this app needs an enormous amount of work. All of the troubleshooting guides repeatedly fail in the middle of troubleshooting, requiring me to exit and restart the process. It ultimately cost me far more time to go through their AI bots and automated assistants and agents than it would have to speak with a human from the start, which is now nearly impossible to do.

JUST HORRIBLE
I would give it a -5 if I could. It is impossible to link my home with my mobile. I have been trying for days. I have made several phone calls and the worst mistake of my entire life was changing to Verizon for my mobile. Prior to that the app worked fine.

Zero functionality. Zero star app and company
Speed test is a fake gimmick joke! Nothing went into app other than you have internet. Still have no idea what is purpose of app. Gimmicky signal finder that doesn’t work. Zero troubleshooting features that amount to fixing issues. Redirects to internet for most basic task. App is bs. Dismal 3rd party overseas sourced out customer service, barly comprehending English

Parental Controls Doesn’t Work
The parental control feature does not work. When Enroll is clicked on, it opens up a checkout page, which doesn’t have the parental controls in the cart, and there’s no way to add it.

The schedule for WiFi access control doesn’t work properly. When a device is added in the profile and a schedule created the device WiFi access doesn’t work according to schedule and totally looses WiFi access

Send Push Notification Ads without Permission. Can’t opt out.
This app is supposed to be a utility for Verizon customers to manage their network. Instead Verizon uses their captive audience to send unwanted push notifications containing up-sale advertisements. There’s no way to opt out. The only way to avoid these ads is to turn off notifications for the app altogether which defeats the entire purpose of having the app. These dark patterns are coercive and unacceptable and they’re against Apple’s rules for apps listed in the App Store.
