The connection is the best. The only problem I have is that I can’t control connected device in parental control. That needs attention

Absolutely horrible it used to be good but past few months it’s so slow you can’t even stream movies on Netflix
Slow and sloppy
The app takes over 90 seconds to load and then times out while I sitting in my home. Additionally the app looks dated and often is incorrect. Parental controls are a joke. Time limits set in parental controls don’t work. Ie time of day shut down set yet does not limit activity.

The app and router desync whenever there is an update. The router will say ZERO DEVICES mean while theres multiple wireless devices connected and for whatever reason a wired connection does kot work

I’m lost and confused
Every day for the past 3 weeks I have internet connection issues. When I call Verizon for help they ask too many questions. I keep saying I’m call about the internet and they are hung up on what phone number im calling about. I want to throw in the towel. They take my money every month. I just get updated set top boxes and a DVR. I don’t know if that requires me to redo my streaming services. I’ve been paying for those too and I haven’t been able to use them. I’m practically in tears.

New Router and nothing but trouble
Verizon sent a new router and the internet of things and end devices have had nothing but trouble. Devices are kicked off the internet, constantly asking for a password that -verified on the app - are correct and I am at a loss.

Poor connection - streaming on tv was 80kb/sec when router supposedly puts out 950kb/sec
5G ? NO G!
Never has worked consistently since installed, one 5G node for the whole city, 14 years w/Verizon. No service no answers no solutions….are the accountants making the capacity vs demand answers? Sure looks like it. Ma Bell switching bldg ain’t cutting it.
Not able to pause a device if it has a parent control profile
The most basic parent control function. I have kids devices in a profile and I found I no longer can pause/unpause them individually. I can only do that for all devices in that group.
Edit: I have found this issue is fixed and now I’m able to pause/unpause a device within a profile. Bump to 2 stars. Still lagging many other features though. For example, pausing a profile doesn’t work. When a device reaches time limit on games, it doesn’t automatically pause.
