So easy to use
This app is amazing to use. It’s so easy to navigate and set up. I love that I can turn my A/C on and off when i’m not home, as well as use all the same features that i could at home. Overall, I’m very impressed!!
Unreliable, dated, clunky
This is the worst smart home app I have. It doesn’t refresh the current temperature settings, it doesn’t work if you aren’t home, it constantly crashes and is inaccurate. It works about 10% of the time. Please, update this app to make it actually work… it’s terrible!!
Impossible to use
The instructions refer to actions that are not available either in its own app or are completely incorrect about what you should be doing to connect to a third party app such as Alexa in my case. I’ve spent several days trying to figure it out but it’s like the instructions refer to an entirely different app

Trouble getting my app to work
This is my second year using this app for the summer for my AC and i have to say it has been a rollercoaster ride. On several occasions I have tried to connect it to my AC so i can turn on and off directly from the app from wherever I am and it hasnt bee possible. its been aggravating!

Easy to control
It’s easy to control once you set up everything with your phone and WiFi.
The app needs to show ambient temperature also.
I wish the app also showed room ambient temperature. It currently only shows set temperature.
APP PROBLEM
I just purchased a EAS70SE1 dehumidifier and down loaded your app to my iPhone 7. The app worked fine to control the machine but it affected the volume of my incoming phone calls. The volume was so low I was unable to hear callers. I rebooted my phone but the condition did not improve. I had to delete the app to correct the problem.
UPDATE: After Apple updated the IOS software on my phone, I reinstalled your app and now everything works fine. Still don’t know exactly what caused the problem. I only rated your app with 4 stars because I would like to see more features. How about compressor and fan “on” time per day, week etc. I could then see if my efforts to reduce humidity sources are working.

Great fans! Easy to use and control. Wish they had limiters on the oscillation modes and brackets to hang from the ceiling. A default to previous settings would be nice as well. App works great all the time - no issues.

A little figuring out but I was able to set up my HE app to my WiFi. My AC is quiet and I can control it, no complaints so fare....
Works as Advertised
Just got my new AC. Setup took no more than 10-15 minutes. App works, Alexa works—I honestly couldn’t be happier.

Device pairing instructions are too complicated. The engineers need to go back and make this much easier to do.
