Analytics?????

Analytics aren't ready for prime time. Will profile a few days a month and that's it, wait another 30 days for it to prime a few more days. Kind of embarrassing for QC. Don't bother contacting them because they will say "their engineers are aware". Would be very helpful if the feature worked. And also I noticed this season the app takes forever to recognize the fan....

July 15 update. Fan rocks. App horrible. No update for a month since pulling the app. See below.

June 21 update. Hardware still rocks. Removing my 5 stars for the app just now just started to not work and no more analytics. This time I won't obsess and contact technical support for no support. I'll simply wait until the app come back on line.




Rocky start. Now very happy. Couple weeks ago I posted essentially great hardware, very poor app and not so great support. After a couple calls with Matt (Customer Support) I am both very happy with the app and the hardware. Thank you Matt for your follow up.

App works, but laking remote connection

The fan and remote control works great, but the app lacks functionality. I am not able to connect to the fan from outside of my home network.

Bad product

The hub is useless, company is aware, sending me an updated hub…but the att. Fan, Quietcool 2.0 should have never been on the shelf as they knew the hubs had issues. Now I have to work in a 145° attic AGAIN to replace the part.

I Love my Quiet Cool Bluetooth attic fan, Smart controller! I jump on the summer Florida heat, & start removing it early in the morning!
