Analytics?????
Analytics aren't ready for prime time. Will profile a few days a month and that's it, wait another 30 days for it to prime a few more days. Kind of embarrassing for QC. Don't bother contacting them because they will say "their engineers are aware". Would be very helpful if the feature worked. And also I noticed this season the app takes forever to recognize the fan....

July 15 update. Fan rocks. App horrible. No update for a month since pulling the app. See below.
June 21 update. Hardware still rocks. Removing my 5 stars for the app just now just started to not work and no more analytics. This time I won't obsess and contact technical support for no support. I'll simply wait until the app come back on line.
Rocky start. Now very happy. Couple weeks ago I posted essentially great hardware, very poor app and not so great support. After a couple calls with Matt (Customer Support) I am both very happy with the app and the hardware. Thank you Matt for your follow up.

App works, but laking remote connection
The fan and remote control works great, but the app lacks functionality. I am not able to connect to the fan from outside of my home network.
Bad product
The hub is useless, company is aware, sending me an updated hub…but the att. Fan, Quietcool 2.0 should have never been on the shelf as they knew the hubs had issues. Now I have to work in a 145° attic AGAIN to replace the part.

I Love my Quiet Cool Bluetooth attic fan, Smart controller! I jump on the summer Florida heat, & start removing it early in the morning!
WiFi would be a great addition
Nice App and fan! Bluetooth is cool but the addition of WiFi would let the fan be controlled from offsite. Not critical, but would be a nice feature.
Slow and flakey
This app has always been slow to connect to my fan. In the last day it started to connect slowly and then say “sensor failure” before it flashed some data and then regressed to the home screen. Tonight it will spin for a while and then not show an error and not show the normal information, but just go back to the homepage like I didn’t click on a fan. Weird. I contacted support 13 hours ago and no response yet.

Great Smart Attic Fan
Can only be controlled within Bluetooth range, great looking fan, great working fan, but really why do you or I need to see minute by minute fan operation. All you need to do is set it and let it work according to the temperature or humidity triggers that will turn it on - so it is smart and Bluetooth is enough because it just works

I love the fan it is making such a difference in the temp of my attic. However, It would be nice to be able to be away from the house and be able to go til the fan since it is connected to my Internet and my Bluetooth.
I am able to control cameras, my iRobot vacuum my house deodorizer when I’m over 500 miles away from the house, but I cannot control the fan from even 20 miles away.

Older version was better
The fan itself is great. The app though is terrible. Takes forever to connect and them reconnect even though im feet away from the unit. The old version was much faster and easier to use. Needs a lot of work and is frustrating each time I ise it.

For 35 years I’ve been trying to figure out why my house never felt comfortable and why the a/c would run from 3pm until 6 am nonstop when it was in the 90s and above. With this fan, I finally feel comfortable and the a/c cycles like it is supposed to. The fan has only been in for 4 days now but I’m sold!! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!!! Best money I’ve spent in years!!

Great product
Great product at a reasonable price. Easy installation and the plug and play is awesome. Signal could be stronger.
Buggy and unstable
I never write reviews but this app just gets worse. When i started using it 3-4 years ago it was solid. Connected fast, simple... Now It takes minutes to find my fan or not at all many times...And the "Analytics" seems to be some kind of beta that they incorporated into the app, doesn't work, garbage!!'

Quiet cool-green
Easy to pair the system, reliable, has made a difference. I just wish there was a way to show outside temperature along with attic temperature.
Why isn’t there remote access?
I like the idea that I can control the QuietCool from my phone but why can’t I access it remotely? That makes absolutely no sense!
No Wi-Fi
Bluetooth only makes this otherwise handy application very limited.
