Can you please update the app its not working with camera
App doesn’t work!!
I tried numerous times to create an account and it kept saying “served timed out”. I will be returning the dash cam and purchasing a different one. Clearly due to precious reviews, the company has chosen not to correct the issues with the app. Don’t waste your time!!
Wifi works after 3rd attempt
Saw a lot of reviews saying wifi’s not working or not able to download video via wifi, almost made me decide to return the camera also. Initially after connecting my phone to the camera’s wifi, it kept showing preview fails. But after closing and reopening the app and reconnecting the wifi a few times, I was able to successfully control the control with my phone. It has been working without problems now.
To download the video, you have to first tap on select on the upper right cornern, then tap on the video you want to download and tap the download icon on the bottom left corner.
The camera itself is well designed. The camera turns on instantly and the touch screen and menu are very responsive without any noticeable lag. The only annoying thing is it always start to record automatically whenever you return to the main screen.

Lacks fast access
Lacks fast access to your videos but if you need the info off your camera/ memory card it’s easy to pull the camera and hook it up to a PC or way easier to just get a micro sd card reader and pull what you need off your card with it. It does have speed etc if you have the settings set lol. A lot of whinny snowflakes complaining about this and that. It’s as simple as buy it and use it for the purpose that was intended (protecting yourself in an accident etc) not whining about what features the app has or doesn’t have.. like I said above, bunch of snowflakes.

Can't play or edit videos
The app keeps getting stuck on "open preview" for a long time, only for it to fail. And I can't play or edit any videos, it just says that the video failed to play. I have an iPhone 13 pro max on iOS 15

Server Keeps Timing Out
I can’t sign in because their server keeps timing out. This app is a great idea but very poorly executed.
Doesn’t work. Won’t download. Zilch
The app doesn’t download so I bought the wrong camera. Do not buy this camera if you want this promising feature. Don’t waste your time nor money. Frustration and loss. Try downloading the app before you buy the camera and you’ll see it’s a useless gimmick to sell the camera. Bait and switch, a dirty sales tactic. Buy another brand.

Can’t Download
The actual footage is great! It’s very clear, but what’s the point of clear video if you can’t download it? This was not an issue when I first purchased my dash cam. If I ever need to give video evidence of an accident, I wouldn’t be able to right away because it errors out while trying to download the clip. Please release an update to fix this!

Horrible app
If I could give this a zero I would. While the visual of the camera is great, that’s where the positive stops. You cannot access videos or photos unless the app is connected to the camera. The only way to do that is to connect the Heaboli wifi to your phone first. Afterwards then open the app to click the +. I turned on the GPS on the camera and the video only shows coordinates. Where is the map? Where is the speed that I was driving? Pure trash! I told my husband to return his since he didn’t open it yet. There are other dash cams with much better apps. Don’t waste your money on Heaboli.

Useless app
It connects to my phone but doesn’t allow me to watch the preview from the camera or let me watch recorded vidoes.
Debating returning the camera
The app doesn’t work. It won’t load the camera stream or videos. This is a useless feature
Not iOS 15 compatible
They need to update this ASAP. Last update was 3 months ago and it’s still not connecting. If you’re trying to get a video from your dash cam better find a laptop
Wifi connection
App will not load live screen on any device and Wifi connection does not stay activated. Will not buy again.
Doesn’t work with Heaboli dash cam
Doesn’t work with iOS 15. Devs aren’t helpful at resolving. Good luck if you need to get info off of your camera after an accident.
