For an company that this is the only way that you connect to the Dash cams, the app is horrible. You have to stay on the app to finish downloading any video that you need to download… has horrible connectivity issues
If you aren’t connected to the dash cam, it says Wi-Fi not connected and then it forcibly takes you out of the app to a random setting screen that’s not the Wi-Fi screen, which makes no sense.

Right now, I just had to delete it and re-download it again because it had a problem where it was showing the screen was loading, but it would stay loading even though it shows the camera recording in the background. It just wouldn’t actually get to the proper screen.

I have had the dash cam for over three years and still been having issues like that
