SUBSCRIPTION Migraine Note Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: Monthly $3.99 or Yearly $34.99, with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
