Needs significant improvement
The app crashes frequently and the tuition balance doesn’t update automatically. You often have to keep the app open for a while and click around before it finally shows the correct amount — otherwise, you risk paying the wrong total. The overall organization and functionality are poor. This app clearly needs serious quality improvements before it’s reliable for regular use.

Why isn’t this app being updated?
We use HeadMaster on Demand and our families use this app to pay their bills. It is embarrassing to refer them to this app! Parents can make a payment, but cannot see their balance. Also, everything is so plain, boring, and outdated. We work hard to maintain our reputation as current, up with the times, and this app dumbs us down — why use HeadMaster, pay for support, and have a useless, boring app?

This app is a big pain!!!! I have had it for 4 years and have at least 1 major issue a school year. This time I refreshed grades and got a runtime error and now I can not open it. I also wish the app had more options like the desktop.

The worse app
Always crashes, have to reinstall all the time. Not many features. Just a crappy product that they don’t bother the make it better, and we parents that rely on our mobile devices to get info nowadays are left lacking info we need.

This app is the worst maintained app on the App Store. It has soooo many bugs and crashes anytime I open it. Also the user interface is hideous and disgusting. It has no color and looks like it took them 10 minuets to design it. This app needs serious work.

Since the software update it crashes. At this time it's useless. When up and running again it would be great if the homework page would stay loaded on the current date. Each time you check a subject the screen scrolls back two weeks. Makes it difficult to check 7 subjects worth of homework for two children.
