Would highly recommend this app, outstanding service. Great for emergency nappies! The COO is a top guy too.

Useless when you’re too sick to go out

I tried ordering cold medicine on a Sunday as I was unwell,but was unable to as they aren’t available. I then tried ordering after 7pm on a Monday and still was unable to get anything delivered. Other services are available if you need cold medicine essentials when you’re feeling too sick to go out. I’d recommend Gorillas, go puff and even Deliveroo over this company especially when they will deliver similar products generally until 2am. Also on Deliveroo you can get lemsip etc…and food when you feel too sick to cook and you’re hungry, which is 5 stars compared to this company. I read the reviews of this company but I now realise they’re fake especially when you have someone complimenting the chief operating officer (COO)… just avoid and use companies that are actually there for you when you need them.

You can place an order 24/7 via the Healistic app. Our current delivery hours are 9-18:30 Monday to Friday, and 9:30-16:00 on Saturdays. If you place an order outside of these hours you can select 'scheduled' delivery and we will deliver when your local pharmacy re-opens. We appreciate your feedback and are working to increase our out-of-hours service for all our customers. We are the only rapid delivery service to offer behind the counter pharmacy items as well as general sales medicines. These have important regulatory procedures; something which currently prevents our ability to deliver out-of-hours. It is really important for us that all our visitors have a positive experience, as you can read from our positive reviews - to ensure this, even our COO steps in with customer support from time to time! Absolute game changer!!

I love this app. When I was ill and could barely leave my place this app changed the game. I could order all the things I needed to get better straight to my door and with rapid speed! I also love how easy it is to navigate the app and find what I need. Super intuitive and highly recommend using it also for regular pharmacy shopping!! So convenient and easy.

Absolutely love the app!

Highly recommend Healistic to anyone looking for a quick pharmacy delivery. The app navigation was very intuitive and easy to use. The ordering process was super simple, the delivery was speedy and the customer service was outstanding! I was basically bedridden with an illness, had no energy at all and no one to call for help. Needed some over-the-counter pain relief medication and Healistic was a lifesaver! Looking forward to using this more frequently. 10/10 would recommend :)

Gamechanger

I was working in my office and needed some medication quickly but was in back to back meetings. This is an absolute gamechanger wow! Everything I needed arrived within minutes. I was so shocked by how good this service is. Can’t wait to keep using it. Highly recommend!!

Exactly what I needed when I had a bad flu

I started using this app a couple of times when I was stuck in bed with flu, insanely convenient in my time of need. Customer service soooo good & delivered from my local independent pharmacy which is important for me! Since started using for my skincare, haircare & bit that you might want delivered with discretion (if you know what I mean) ;)

Just when I needed this service!

I learnt about Healistic through a friend, when I mentioned I had a terrible flu and wasn’t feeling like going to shops. Their rider delivered super quickly (~30min) everything I needed (cough syrup, shampoo,..)!
I will recommend Healistic to all my friends :)
