Photograph a sheet of skin substitute labels and every sticker is added as its own graft, each with its own lot/tissue ID, expiration, size, and cropped sticker photo. • New tenotomy procedure notes for offloading. Digital flexor and extensor tenotomy (with toe modifiers TA–T9), percutaneous Achilles tendon lengthening (27605/27606), peroneal, and tibialis anterior tenotomy. • Structured dressings on the skin substitute note. Choose the contact layer and secondary dressings (foam, alginate, silver, hydrofiber, collagen, and more), plus compression for venous ulcers and offloading for diabetic foot ulcers. • Updated skin substitute codes. All current Q and A codes through Q4440, including the newest Axolotl codes. Deleted codes are flagged with their replacements. • Stronger graft documentation.
