WoundTruth is a local-first wound documentation and measurement aid designed for clinical follow-up workflows. The app helps clinicians create patient profiles, record AR video with depth information, review selected frames, add notes, and perform frame-level measurements such as straight length, curve length, area, and depth profile. It also supports ruler overlays, capture-time display, frame hash information, and exportable record packages for archiving or consultation. Key features: 1.
