App doesn’t work consistently
This worked great until they “updated” for more features -
Now I can’t login on any browser- the app won’t let me in either and when I can get in it only records about a third of my sessions. Bait and switch it paid for a year of this if I was paying monthly I’d be gone already!

App doesn’t work consistently
This app does not work consistently. If the screen closes or if you open another app, it often stops recording, even though it’ll record sign is still in the corner. I’ve had several instances where I started a recording and made sure the little bars were moving up and down, but when I came back, it said “failed to record.” I’ve had several instances of using this app where I go back into the Web platform and it says unable to transcribe. I honestly was waiting so much for an app, but the web-based browser platform worked so much more reliably. But ever since the app was launched, sometimes the web browser doesn’t even load. I hope it gets fixed soon or I might have to consider a different AI scribe platform.

May want to spellcheck the pronoun portion of selecting the patient’s pronouns; it says pronounce instead of pronouns.
