About

Health Bridge moves your Google Health (Fitbit) history into Apple Health — privately and entirely on your iPhone. Export your data from Google Health using Google Takeout, drop the .zip into Health Bridge, and the app parses it on-device and writes the records into Apple Health through HealthKit. Nothing is ever uploaded to a server. Built for ongoing sync, not a one-time move: re-export on your schedule and re-import only what's new. Health Bridge automatically skips anything already in Apple Health, so repeat imports stay fast and duplicate-free. WHAT IT IMPORTS • Steps, distance, and active energy • Heart rate and resting heart rate • Sleep stages (awake, core, deep, REM) • Weight and BMI • Height • Workouts • Blood oxygen (SpO₂) PRIVATE BY DESIGN • All parsing happens on your device • Nothing leaves your iPhone — no servers, no accounts, no tracking • Health Bridge only writes data; it never reads your existing Health records RECURRING SYNC • Choose a reminder cadence (every 2 weeks, monthly, every 2 months) • Each import shows exactly what's new since last time • Full import history with per-type record counts Health Bridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fitbit, Google, or Apple.
