Thanks for your comment. The only app that requires a Google account is Google Health (Fitbit). If you didn't upgrade the Fitbit account to a Google account yet, please check the direction on the Google website: https://support.google.com/googlehealth/answer/14237024?hl=en If there is another problem, related to Health Sync, please submit a Health Sync problem report: open the Help Center menu in Health Sync and select the last option: Report another problem.
Bad update

Thanks for your comment. There is a transition period for the migration from the existing Fitbit integration to the native Google Health integration. We are working on it, please check the Health Sync status page: https://healthsync.app/status/ We know from some users that there are authorization issues. The authorization process is managed by Google, not by us. Please send a Health Sync problem report, maybe we can help solving the issue: open the Help Center menu in Health Sync and select the last option: Report another problem.
Probably created with AI
Have to uninstall and clear associations on other portals.
It’s ok when it works then randomly stops syncing.

Hello, thanks for your review. I’m sorry that you experience a problem with the Garmin Connect connection. That’s not a known issue. I would like to help you solve this issue. Please submit a Health Sync problem report, then I can check what is going wrong: open the Health Sync app, select the ‘ Connected Apps’ menu item, then select the last item ‘Report another problem’ and follow the directions to submit the problem report.
