User reviews

Paywall for the main use case

You need to buy a recurring subscription even to do manual sync, which kills the whole purpose. Automated sync is understandable; even to do a manual export, I have to pay for a subscription. A one-time minimal fee is fine for manual sync, but a subscription is required for most features one wonโ€™t even use.

Response from developer

Subscriptions fund the development, maintenance, and support of the app. Without them, the app would not exist.

Monthly fee to write to apps

Not clear before download that it cost $14/mo to write data to Apple Health. The only reason I was interested was to write to Apple Health but not at that cost.

Very misleading

This app forces you to pay before it allows you to write in other apps.

RunGap product and support

I have been using RunGap on and off for about 8 years now I think and the product have really grown to address the many needs of their clients. Support has always been top notch with excellent communication and feedback when needed.

Great App!

Great app. Simple to use. Bridges the gap for data uploads between various apps. Also, customer support is wonderful.
