No longer supported but still in the App Store
Poor coding and worse customer support. As other have indicated don’t bother with this. It requires a special code every time you log in, and currently there is no way to obtain such codes. Email to support provides the ever unhelpful “just use the website”, which is as unfriendly as the useless app. I’ll be mentioning this to the one provider I have that used this platform, in hopes they will move to the same EHR as their parent organization.

Click on app and click login and it shuts down. Please fix!
Doesn’t open
Doesn’t open past login page, click login and it freezes while loading. Hasn’t been updated in 5 years might as well be taken off the App Store.
