About

Health Companion (رفيق صحتي) brings your whole health day into one app — your data lives on your device and is kept in your account, following you to your other devices. What you track • Nutrition: meals with calories and protein from your own food list, from a photo, or by voice. • Water: a daily goal computed from your weight and activity, with reminders that know what's left. • Supplements and medications: dose times and reminders, logged with a tap or right from the notification. • Intermittent fasting: timer, stages, and what's allowed while fasting. • Workouts: your routine and an exercise library, on a weekly schedule or a day cycle. • Sleep, vitals, weight, body fat and lean body mass. • Adjunct treatment: Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy, Saxenda and more — doses, next-dose date and reminders. • Bad habits: count down until you reach zero. Daily health score One number out of 100 that sums up your day, with streaks, shields, badges, levels and rewards you set for yourself. AI Coach Ask "how's today going?" and get the full picture: what you ate and what's left, which dose is still pending, how you slept and where your weight is heading — with practical next steps. Ready with no setup, and reads answers aloud in a natural voice. Apple Health Connect it (optional) to pull weight and body fat from your smart scale, and heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and activity from your watch — read-only, and anything you logged yourself is never overwritten. With your consent it is kept in your account so you find it on your other devices. Apple Watch (Pro) Water with a tap, today's doses, meals from your list, voice logging with a confirmation screen, and asking the coach and hearing the answer from your wrist. Your account on all your devices Sign in with your Apple account, your Google account or a code sent to your email — no password — and your profile and subscription follow you to your iPhone, iPad and the website: three devices per account, and the watch doesn't count. On a new device, "We found your data" restores everything with one tap. Privacy No tracking, no ads. Your health data lives on your device, and once you are set up every tracking feature works from it with no connection at all. You start with a short tour over sample data that is never saved, then sign in, then set it up with a few short questions if your account is new. Nothing is uploaded until you explicitly consent — a consent that names health data — and then it is kept in your account, encrypted on our servers and opened only for your devices; you may refuse and keep it on your device only. We never sell your data or share it for advertising. You can delete your account and everything we hold from inside the app at any time. Smart features are optional and pass through our relay without being stored — except a coach reply you choose to report, which is kept up to 90 days for review. Guidance in the app is for self-tracking and is not a substitute for medical advice. What's New in رفيق صحتي | Health Companion

2.0.7

October 27, 2026

Version 2.0.7 — improvements: • A new Nutrition page: "Food" and "Supplements", with the "Add with AI" button below them for food and supplements (one, two or three photos, with or without a note), then everything you had today. • Supplements now live in Nutrition: a tick and a cross for each scheduled time, "+" for the others each time you take one, and their nutrition counts in your day. • Your free daily allowance: 5 AI adds for food and supplements, by photo or text (up to 3 photos each). • A food whose values were read from a photo of its label shows "From label" in "Foods you added", and the review leaves its values alone unless you edit them yourself. • In your health score, "Nutrition" now replaces "Protein": it combines calories, protein, fiber, fat and carbs, and its tile names the part furthest behind or says "All met". From this update on; past days stay as they were. • "Not taking it today" on a supplement and "Not doing it today" on an exercise no longer count as achievements: from this update on, they don't raise your health score or streak, or make the day an "Achievement day". • A new "Total sugars" tile alongside "Added sugar" in "Today's summary": all of today's sugar and how much of it was added, with a 90 g reference; you can add "My doctor's limit" in your "Health profile". • "Not doing it" for a single set: only the sets you did count, in your health score and your calories, and a skipped set shows "Not done"; the tick button for the next set now stays inside the exercise card on every phone. • Today's exercises are always in order: resistance, then cardio, then stretching, and a short warm-up (up to 10 minutes) can come first; what you drag by hand stays where you put it. • A page that hits a problem now tries to come back on its own — shown again quietly, or the app reloads once — instead of showing "This page hit a problem"; that page and its buttons appear only if the problem repeats or the page has an edit you haven't saved. • The bell now shows coach alerts that used to go missing from it, including after your data was restored, and tells you when the coach is reviewing your day. • If the bell hits a problem loading your alerts, it no longer says "Nothing right now": it shows what it loaded last and quietly tries again each time you open it. • After an automatic restore from your backup, a card in "Settings → Your data" shows the date of the backup your data came back from, and stays until you tap "Got it". • On iPad in portrait (up to 11-inch) and with your phone turned sideways: content sits in a tidy centred column instead of stretching across the screen, the top and bottom bars no longer hide under the camera at the edge, and the voice button returns to its corner when you turn the device. • The "All sections" panel now sits above the bottom bar and the voice button, so they no longer cover its last tiles; if it's taller than the screen, it scrolls. • Arrange your sections: press and hold any icon in "All sections" and drag it (or use the arrows). Your first three appear in the bottom bar, and the order follows you on all your devices. • Each message in the coach chat now reads in the direction of the language most of it is in, not the app's: English from the left, Arabic from the right, so the words no longer flip when a message mixes the two.
