Changes your email address with authority, asks for work number., no field in app to do this. What kind of security is there? No contact info
Very glitchy
(May 2025) This app is extremely glitchy. Constantly refuses login details. When it finally accepts them it says the app is not currently available. Uploads things like blood tests but then no way to send them to my own email. Doesn't seem to upload actual scans - CT, Xray etc. Also it took ages to realise the "patient portal" emails going to my home email (and auto directing into my spam folder) were in fact related to Health Hub. Hmmmm would help if that was clearer.
I think it lacks a lot from a patient perspective. After admission as a patient I would have thought the record of my time as a patient would be recorded - ie all blood pressure, oxygen, pulse etc. So I don't have to constantly try to prove the results are lower than usual. Nor does it have the details of my surgery, nor the findings of CT scan. Seems weird as to how much it doesn't do vs what it does do.

Managing my appointments is just so very very easy with this app.
Fix your known issues
Can you please fix the known issue where our log in details are forgotten. I’m having to reset my password constantly just to get in and see messages and updates from my hospital.
Does not work properly.
Please fix it to make sure the app is working stable.
Needs to be better
Doesn’t work consistently. Response I regularly get is to uninstall & reinstall. As it’s currently the only way of monitoring my dad’s hospital stay not good enough. Can only review with nickname but none are accepted

I have to delete the app from my phone and re-download it every time I want to use it as it says it can not access the service or something. It is very irritating having to fill out all the info each time and delete and download every time I need to use the app
Phone updated but not the app
Recently, each message I receive i have toun install the app, re install, apply email & passwords, instead of just face recognition.

Great app
This app is very useful keeping track of appointments, test results and medications. One improvement that would be good would be to allow patients to be able to add their medical appointments from external medical services. Eg Local GP, dentist, etc. That would make it an all in one app to manage your week.

Crashes all the time
I can’t access much information as every page seems to crash or else cannot load. Needs bug fixes.
Easy to use.
Great app with the ability to see your information in real time. See all past and future appointments with reminders and test results. Also has details of your appointments written by the specialist and any surgeries etc. If you are a patient this is definitely the app for you.
Easy access to what I need
I love being able to see my appointments all in one place and to have summaries on my past appointments available. Also super helpful to be able to look at my results when I need to.
Useful health info whenever I need it
Health Hub allows me to easily access my medication list, previous visit summaries, and view my test results whenever I need them! Such a useful and necessary app!
