This is a fraudulent company.
FBI is investigating these people for fraud and I have lost at least $3000 to this scam
Problems with everything
They are very happy and effective at taking money. But trying to get help on either their website, their app, or their phone is ridiculous. Customer service is a joke! The app needs serious upgrading.
Terrible Account
More than just the app is terrible. This is the most confusing process I have ever been apart of. Constant emails saying there is a new process that doesn’t seem to be making anything easier. Very much regretting putting money into this company
Doesn’t make anything easier
One of the main reasons that a person would need to log into an app like this is to be able to add a medical provider. There is no option for that, and so I still need to log into my computer and do it there. Why even have the app? Is the only thing it’s good for is checking your balance, why not fully disclosed that and change its name to something that clarifies that it’s the only beneficial part to the app?

Worthless App
This app is absolutely worthless. They’ve made it so difficult to use by discontinuing the Visa card and the app provides no help on getting reimbursed. Thinking of closing my account. Totally unhappy.
App is outdated
Doesn’t feel trustworthy with absolutely no updates for over 2 years! Very slow and lacks benefit to the end user.
Ridiculously slow, not helpful
The app is frustratingly slow to load needed information. And I can’t find my ID card on it anywhere. That should be front and center, easy to find, with a QR code that makes it easy to pay for doctors visits right from the app. What is this app even for? Not helpful at all.
“Updated UI part” ??
The app looked very convenient and the concept very appealing, but I can’t seem to find the benefits of this app? I believe if I want to do anything with or about my account, then I must call during their business hours.
Can’t use my iPad or iPhone to submit pharmacy reimbursements anymore.
Can’t use my iPhone or iPad to submit pharmacy bills because the claim reimbursement tab no longer appears on the app.
