Rework the Time Optimization
I work night shifts and sleep from 6am to 3pm… the ring looks like it resets the day at noon or something… so daily it inaccurately states I only had 3 or so hours of sleep… had the ring for more than a year now… I like it… it’s ok for the money spent but the UI can be a bit better if tweaked. Removed Important Features
Why was the BP monitor removed? The main reason I use the ring! What happened?
Temp?
So far, I like this ring. The readings are ideal but really wish I could get temperature readings as marketed. As a suggestion for a future update, make the readings selectable. Like for me, I don’t need to track menstrual, so I would remove that and have temperature. Customization is key
Took away features
The recent update took away the best features..it’s not giving me any option for another update but I really liked those features. :/
Ring works great, app does not
I was very happy with buying the ring and the features that it offered. However, every time the app “updates” a feature is lost and does not work as well. I’m still waiting for the next “update” so that I can get the basic functions back.
Much Needed feature
Plz add the ability to record naps or multi sleep sessions like Oura TYSM🙏
BP/Glucose disappeared
Disappointed to see both the Blood Pressure and the Glucose features disappeared with the new update. I purchased this specific brand for the ability of tracking those options.
4/23 - It would be nice to know if they intend to restore the features for BP and Glucose in future updates!

Inconsistent
It was good when I first got it but after a few months it is inconsistent about capturing activity and staying connected. It seems too unreliable to get good data from it.
Bad
There is zero customer support and two of the functions don't even work.
Update Failure
The latest update has broken the tracking of sleep data. When you click the sleep tracking it goes to Sport.
Frustrating
I’m not sure why but every few days I am unable to see how I slept the night before. I have to delete the app and start all over again. It’s very frustrating.
Updates ruined the product
I have had the Brookstone Smart Ring for a while now, and enjoyed the differing features that this app provided. Although some measurements were slightly off, I relied on the blood pressure sensor often to have an idea of my health. The developers have slowly been releasing updates that remove all features, and with the most recent feature I can only access heart rate data. Nearly any smart device can determine heart rate, and these changes have made my purchase and time spent no longer worth it. I am very upset with the developers.

Sleep Tracking Removed
The sleep tracking tab has been removed with the latest app update and that feature was my main reason for purchase.

I wish there was a way to contact support. When I click on sleep in the app all it does is take me to the sports page;(. It’s the main reason I bought this thing and I can’t even access the data or get a response from the developer. I tried contacting them via WhatsApp in china but no reply.
It was great before upgrade
It was so great before update a software or the app. It is not showing glucose level and blood pressure any more. I checked it with the glucose measurement device and it was accurate
Pages in app
Why when I open my sleep page is the go page showing? I can’t see the breakdown of sleep anymore. I’ve updated and it did not fix the problem. So now no blood pressure or sleep breakdown. Not happy with this at all.
No sleep data

The options start of great, then slowly disappear. & poor information available with the purchase. My advice. Go another route!!!!
