The health sync doesn’t work on my Fitbit versa 4!

My thoughts
I really do not get the benefits from my Fitbit five as I do not think I have been connected correctly. I’m not getting updates on my physical activity, my heart rate, my sleep patterns, etc. Can you help me?

Syncs Incorrectly
None of my data in Apple Health is that same Asian Fitbit. I don’t know exactly what this app syncs, but it sure is not my Fitbit data.

Waste of time
You are only allowed a couple of syncs a day or of course you can pay to get more syncs. It doesn’t sync what it says it does. Keep looking for another app to sync your Fitbit. I wish Health Sync was on IOS.

Well it has crashed nothing is working on it.

Right off the bat has a glitch and transfers weight erroneously

The app says the sync completed but the data are not reflecting in health app. Uninstalling the app.
Awful
Adds all your Fitbit dats when you sync so shows all health data and duplicate fit bit steps! Useless, slow and unresponsive
Finally the sync app that works🙌🏻
And it’s free unless you ask for some fancy features which I personally don’t really care about 🤷🏻♀️
Love the UI, love how easy it was to set up the sync... I wish I could give you all five stars but one problem:
Somehow my weight in pounds on Fitbit is converted into kilograms on Health app. The value is in kg but it’s displayed in lbs. So, according to Health app, I weigh like a 7-year-old child!! (Switching units on Health app doesn’t solve the issue, fyi.) Hope this issue will be resolved soon!
