It's crashing now. Also, Please allow tracking symptoms
It's crashing when I try to export the data as a pdf. It has about 25 entries in total. It used to work last week
I am using it to track the treatment plan for my injury. I would like to add updates on the symptoms.
I would also like to tag doctor visits & medication with the health problem.
Also, it does not include the documents I have uploaded in the print functionality

Please fix app crash!!
I really want to love this app seeing as though it’s seemingly the only actual health timeline available in app form, but every time I go to print the summary, the app crashes and closes out. Two weeks ago I emailed the developers regarding the issue and to date I have received no reply.
Won’t open now
After having dated information and pics, now the app will not open.. lost important details. Save time and frustration and just use Google docs.

Obesity stigma
Not sure I remember obesity being a type of disorder?!? Just a reminder that the main issue obese people is living with the stress of the obesity stigma thats forced upon them!

After setting up and entering info, this app would not let me sign back in. “Help” lead to another app which I downloaded to no avail. It looks like it has many features I sought out, but I could not easily edit info I’d entered & did not see dates for lab results, etc.

Efficient tracking of medical records
I have used OMNI for the last year to track our family's health and doctor visits, as well as the expenses associated with those. I found this app to be easy to use and kept us organized so I wasn't searching around for records when I needed them. By the end of the year we had saved hundreds of dollars by avoiding duplicate payments because of the tracking. I highly recommend this app to help keep families organized around their medical history.
