Fantastic App
I so appreciate this app. It has greatly simplified my task of keeping track of all my loved ones’ health care and I recommend it regularly. I even have health care professionals ask what app I use as I pull up information regularly during clinical visits.

I’ve used it for a few months and it fits all my needs/desires: - can maintain several records in one app; flawless syncing ;developers very responsive to users’ requests for improvements ; one of the few health apps which actually deserves its status as a subscription service

This App Has Everything You Need!
I love the easy to understand interface layout, the many categories of information, and the detail that is available. Having all my medical records in one place is really a relief. My favorite feature is the upcoming appointments and the past conditions. You can see patterns. I would like to see a way in the future to export ALL my data and back it up locally. I would like to see the dates for conditions available prior to 1970. These are minor. Overall it’s the best I’ve seen for medical records.

Excellent App
Having recently lost nearly 15 years of medical data I’ve been searching for suitable replacement. This app does exactly what it says. I’m rarely enthused enough to write a review but felt compelled to do so for this one. Very easy to complete, adding historical data is a breeze, particularly if you use the web application. Once up to date the iPhone app is very easy to navigate. I do have one suggestion at this time - it would be useful if there was a check-box for tests such as ‘outside normal range’, ‘further investigation’ , ‘normal’ or similar which could then be seen on the list of tests. Would be of great benefit for those of us monitoring blood test results such as diabetes, thyroid etc. other than that, great app. May have other suggestions as time goes by as I will definitely be subscribing once trial period over.

Exactly what I’ve been searching for!
This app is seriously amazing for anyone with health issues they want to track, and it’s been invaluable for me as someone with ADHD who struggles to remember things and keep notes in one place. When I go to my doctor now and they ask me a question, I don’t have to guess or give vague answers. I just pull out my phone and I can tell them when I last had a certain test, when a symptom started, how long I’ve been taking a medication, etc. It’s also perfect for taking notes at my appointments so I don’t forget anything the doctor says. And I can keep track of upcoming appointments and medication refills. It helps me feel like I have more control over my own health outcomes and makes me feel more confident when I do speak to doctors. A powerful tool in my pocket!
