Fantastic App

I so appreciate this app. It has greatly simplified my task of keeping track of all my loved ones’ health care and I recommend it regularly. I even have health care professionals ask what app I use as I pull up information regularly during clinical visits.

Perfect so far

I’ve used it for a few months and it fits all my needs/desires: - can maintain several records in one app; flawless syncing ;developers very responsive to users’ requests for improvements ; one of the few health apps which actually deserves its status as a subscription service

This App Has Everything You Need!

I love the easy to understand interface layout, the many categories of information, and the detail that is available. Having all my medical records in one place is really a relief. My favorite feature is the upcoming appointments and the past conditions. You can see patterns. I would like to see a way in the future to export ALL my data and back it up locally. I would like to see the dates for conditions available prior to 1970. These are minor. Overall it’s the best I’ve seen for medical records.

Excellent App

Having recently lost nearly 15 years of medical data I’ve been searching for suitable replacement. This app does exactly what it says. I’m rarely enthused enough to write a review but felt compelled to do so for this one. Very easy to complete, adding historical data is a breeze, particularly if you use the web application. Once up to date the iPhone app is very easy to navigate. I do have one suggestion at this time - it would be useful if there was a check-box for tests such as ‘outside normal range’, ‘further investigation’ , ‘normal’ or similar which could then be seen on the list of tests. Would be of great benefit for those of us monitoring blood test results such as diabetes, thyroid etc. other than that, great app. May have other suggestions as time goes by as I will definitely be subscribing once trial period over.

Exactly what I’ve been searching for!

This app is seriously amazing for anyone with health issues they want to track, and it’s been invaluable for me as someone with ADHD who struggles to remember things and keep notes in one place. When I go to my doctor now and they ask me a question, I don’t have to guess or give vague answers. I just pull out my phone and I can tell them when I last had a certain test, when a symptom started, how long I’ve been taking a medication, etc. It’s also perfect for taking notes at my appointments so I don’t forget anything the doctor says. And I can keep track of upcoming appointments and medication refills. It helps me feel like I have more control over my own health outcomes and makes me feel more confident when I do speak to doctors. A powerful tool in my pocket!

Can’t live without this app!!!

I’ve been using KeepTrackMed for over a year now and I find it invaluable. At every appointment I go to, I’m asked medical history and medications and allergies and conditions - and being able to pull up the app and answer confidently with accurate information has been not only helpful, but it has made the treatment and care I get from medical professionals so much more effective. I appreciate being able to track my symptoms as they happen which really helps as it’s so easy to forget details and dates which now I don’t have to stress about remembering.

All the details I need for “Doctor Season”!

My annual check up appointments seem to be grouped together around this time of year and I love using KeepTrack Med to keep track! It has all my appointment times, locations and info. Each time I have to fill out the check in info for the doctors, I use the data I have in the app to fill them out. I have my records from other doctors, my medication list and my pharmacy name and phone number in one place so I can input the data into the various intake portals as required. And when I’m not feeling well, I also use it to track my symptoms to relay to medical staff if needed. All in all, this is an extremely handy tool to have!

Great for families

This app is great for storing all the information I need to keep track of for my family. I find the reminders really handy too.

A total godsend of an app!

This app has everything I need to keep track of for all my family's information, and even things I didn't know I needed. I love how easy it is to add information like my kids allergies and medications, and I really like that I can print that list to take to appointments. The reminders are really good as it's hard to remember when each child is due for a doctor's visit or for their eye test, etc. I would highly recommend this app to any parent, it makes life easy with all of our health information all together, and I don't have to search for dates or details or try to remember it anymore.

Cost?

I understand there is a monthly service fee after the 60 day free trial but I don’t see where that fee is listed. It is information I need to know before committing.

Great app

I would’ve have given a better rating but it’s not easy to see all appointments with information related to it. When I click into an appointment it will say the information and the hospital name but it won’t give me an option to display or click into the hospital name and get the information for that doctor or hospital. I would love the app organization to get more simple that I should be able to have all doctors and practices and hospitals added and when I wanna see all upcoming appointments it shall give me clear information for all appointments including the number and address.

Super useful app!

This app is great for keeping track of my vaccinations, allergies and other information that is hard to remember, and is often asked for on forms at university. I am using the free version, and I like that I can still get notifications for reminders, and that I can keep track of all my health care providers and information in one place.

I so want to love this app!

I would have given it a 5 stars for its great user interface and ease of navigation, I’ve tried multiple apps for medical tracking, I just need record keeping, no fancy integrations and none compares to it, well thought out and designed, I love how it’s structured, it has everything I want except one critical component which for this reason I can’t use it at all! The ability to scan documents. I have years of hand written notes that would be great if I could upload them in which some other similar apps easily do! I can’t add a photo, a screenshot, nothing. Unless I’m missing something it’s just not there. What a disappointment. I am giving it a 4 for the overall effort despite this drawback. If it ever had that function someday, I think it would be highly successful.

I use Keep Track Med as my guide when filling out all the information that every doctor needs. I used to spend a lot of time gathering the data to being with me, but in all the appointments I had with a 2 week span this year, I just took out my phone to grab the info I needed.

What a genius app

Total game changer for organizing my family! I can keep everything in one place and set reminders and alerts so I don’t forget to make appointments. Between my kids and my husband and I, I have to keep track of multiple doctors, dentists, orthodontists, vaccinations, PT and specialists. Before I could never find the info I needed. 5 stars.

My husband and I are older. He is bedridden and keeping track of all the nurses, therapists and doctors who come to the house has been so much easier with this app. Medicines and supplements are easy to keep on track with reminders for time to take as well as refilling. And it’s really helpful to have all of this information right there in my phone when we go to appointments! I highly recommend this app!

This is the app I’ve been waiting for!

This app makes it easy for me to manage all of my family’s health information in one place. Not only can I keep track of my own info but my parents’ and puppy’s too. No more searching through multiple places on my phone and folders on my desk for the information I need. It saves me time, keeps me organized, and gives me peace of mind that I will have our most current health information available when I need it.

Finally an app to keep my family health info organized!

I’ve tried using Notes and calendars and all sorts of other tools, but none can do the job well on their own! This app lets me keep it all in one place, organized and at my fingertips.
