Please make sure your finger fully covers the camera and flash, remain still, and measure in a well-lit environment for more accurate results. Regarding device heating or battery usage, this may happen temporarily when using the camera and flash continuously. We recommend closing other background apps and trying again.

To measure heart rate, please ensure your finger fully covers the camera lens and flash, remain still, and wait about 20–30 seconds in a well-lit environment. Movement or lighting conditions may affect the result. Heart Tracker measures heart rate only, while blood pressure and blood sugar are for manual tracking, not direct measurement.
