To measure heart rate, please ensure your finger fully covers the camera lens and flash, remain still, and wait about 20–30 seconds in a well-lit environment. Movement or lighting conditions may affect the result. Heart Tracker measures heart rate only, while blood pressure and blood sugar are for manual tracking, not direct measurement.
