Health100 has been incredibly useful. I connected my medical records and was able to view new lab results right away even better, Haio helped explain what the numbers meant and whether they were within a normal range. It’s reassuring to have quick access to both my health information and easy to understand guidance in one app.

5 stars - my favorite new app!
I’ve been loving the Health100 app! It makes managing my health so much easier because I can get so many things done quickly in one place, from refilling my prescriptions to checking my latest lab results.
I recently even used the new Care Consult when I had a sinus infection. It was only $29, I filled out a quick questionnaire, and had a treatment plan in less than two hours. No waiting room, no trying to squeeze in an appointment. It was incredibly easy and convenient.
Health100 has quickly become my go-to for managing my healthcare. Such a great experience!

Health, and care, all in one place
I love being able to see a whole-person view of my health, visit virtually with a provider, manage my prescriptions, and even follow a mid-day exercise video all in one place. Terrific.
Great for organizing medical records!
Health100 has been a genuinely helpful tool for keeping track of my medical history, lab results, and prescriptions all in one place. The interface is clean, making it easy to navigate through my health data without feeling overwhelmed. Features like Care Consult add a lot of convenience to managing healthcare.

Lack of manual input
There is no way to make manual entries. I would like to input an allergy that was not displayed. There is no option to do this. I asked HAIO to add an allergy, and it does not understand. I would like to add a medication that I am purchasing out of pocket from a different pharmacy, due to cheaper than getting through preferred pharmacy and high deductibles that I will never meet; option to add medications not billed to insurance does not seem to be an option. It also does not show flu shots I received as an employee during onsite flu shot clinics at work. Only way I can seem to submit feedback is through the app review.

one app for everything health
Health100 lets me see everything is all in one place, records, doctors, medications, family records; makes managing it all so much simpler than using multiple apps.

Really impressed with Health100. Setup was very easy and connecting all of my health information was quick and straightforward. Magic
Really helpful to get all my records in one place, it’s tough to do that with different providers and years of records. I also like seeing spending towards my deductible.. keeps things easier to track. The assistant is also good at answering questions.

Best health care all in one
Easy to add exactly what I need for my health records, and see what prescriptions I have coming up. Provides a much fuller picture than just having 6 different health apps. Easy to use- making my husband get it next!
Game Changer
As a former nurse, I’ve seen many patients struggle to remember important details of their medical history. They are often stressed and focused on what is happening in the moment. This makes it difficult to recall when they were diagnosed with diabetes or what stage of renal failure their last labs indicated. Also,not every intervention is successful for every patient. For chronically ill people, we often have tried so many therapies that we don’t recall all of them which sometimes results in repeating a medication that was not effective in the past due to our own unique chemistry! Health100 is empowering to patients. Whether you are navigating a complex health situation or just trying to find out when you had your last tetanus shot, this tool will give you the ability to have full insight and ownership of your medical history.

Good but too many things going on
Overall app is good but it has too many places to navigate
1. would be better to give a tour or clear instructions on how to effectively navigate
2. Also it will be better to explain some terms as connections. When ot is finding connections how many years it is going back
3. I do not think it automatically added my family members
4. When I was trying to find care I could not search for basic eye exam or dental
5. As a user I had a question if this will replace all the other apps like CVS health , Aetna. It is better to have user have only one app as the front door instead of navigating through all the other apps
6.for some of the connections they are pretty old so hard to be able to sign in. I think users might give up on this step which might mean some crucial health records will be missing
7. By connections does it mean providers , older claims eventhough it is from other companies like say United , CIGNA

Prior authorization
I went into the app to see if my prior authorization was approved and I was pleasantly surprised to find the answer to my question right on the home page when I logged in! No searching around. So easy!
