Good but too many things going on
Overall app is good but it has too many places to navigate
1. would be better to give a tour or clear instructions on how to effectively navigate
2. Also it will be better to explain some terms as connections. When ot is finding connections how many years it is going back
3. I do not think it automatically added my family members
4. When I was trying to find care I could not search for basic eye exam or dental
5. As a user I had a question if this will replace all the other apps like CVS health , Aetna. It is better to have user have only one app as the front door instead of navigating through all the other apps
6.for some of the connections they are pretty old so hard to be able to sign in. I think users might give up on this step which might mean some crucial health records will be missing
7. By connections does it mean providers , older claims eventhough it is from other companies like say United , CIGNA

Prior authorization
I went into the app to see if my prior authorization was approved and I was pleasantly surprised to find the answer to my question right on the home page when I logged in! No searching around. So easy!
