I enter in the log book often but the home page is always spinning and it seems it’s not accepting my entries

Required for insurance but never works properly
It’s always freezing when taking a photo of food. Today, the homepage just isn’t there. Randomly logs you out and forgets your Face ID log in. Required to use for insurance, yet we can’t use it 🙄
Annoying data harvesting
Forced to use this by insurance, I resent it every time I open it.
Still sucks
After my last not so positive review I was contacted and they seemed amazed that I was having problems with this app. Well after the standard delete the app and try again I’m here to report it hasn’t gotten any better. I do appreciate that they contacted me, but they failed to follow up to see if anything was any better. Fun fact is that I’m forced to use this app by my insurance company so I will continue to be frustrated. Even better is my wife is now using it with the same problems and frustrations. Thanks for making the worst app I ever experienced!
