Too many updates

This app requires updating every time I open it without any sort of “new” features. Frankly Its annoying

Horrible app

Does not sync properly and logs you out. I ok know it’s not working on cvs end then you get cut off the med.

Terrible

Impossible to keep track of progress over time. Trend area is useless.

Health Helpers

I love how helpful this app is for everyone

Clunky

There are too many updates. I am constantly being required to update the app before I can use it. The search bar for foods now is clunkier than it was a few months ago. It’s harder to search specific foods unless you have the bar code in front of you.

Worst

This app is the worst.. required to be used .. but it lags, takes forever to sync. Requires logging in very often and then something
Can’t find your account and wants you start all over again.. until the next
Time you log and poof your back! Might be useful
if it synced quicker, and could maintain contract with the fitness trackers.. according to this app and its sync with my fitness app. I sleep about 14 min a night. My fitness app works correctly …
Frustrated with it.

No consistency

It seems every other time I log in I am not recognized and have to say I forgot my password even when I have changed nothing.
Also, although I am not diabetic, I am periodically reminded to enter my blood sugar score.

Awful

App constantly logs me out, won’t log in, and lags. It’s bad enough I’m being forced to use it despite not needing it but to have it not work half the time doesn’t help my frustration

The sync between the app and scale is unreliable

Sometimes the scale will sync to the app, but right now it is not working. The app allows you to manually enter your weight, but it is unfortunate that the sync between the scale and app is not consistent.

Tech support

Lena was absolutely amazing! Very helpful, plus she discovered that I was missing something key in my app. I had to uninstall and install the app. I would have never known I was missing this and that was why I was having some difficulties within the new update.
If there was an option to give one more star for ratings, she would definitely received an extra star.
Thank you so much Lena!!

Terrible Upgrade

This app was great until the last upgrade. Not only can I not modify food (subtract bread from a premade sandwich) but when I try to enter food it just spins and spins and spins….I now have to keep track on paper. Please change the app back to how it was!

Constantly resetting login

The app ask for login credentials every login. This is a daily event. I never saw any app work so inefficiently and repeatedly resetting login credentials. This includes forgetting Face ID (biometrics) and pin. Many other Aetna and CVS apps do not have this problem. Terrible app coding.

Update has broken this app

Since the last update, it takes nine hours to log my food. I can no longer select my saved meals. It’s so incredibly aggravating.

Typo, but great app

I took a screenshot of the typo. It’s in the Low Carbohydrate Dietary Pattern—#4–in the Low Carb Food Substitute chart—Baked Goods—Almond flour is misspelled as “Almound flour”.

Logging Meals

Was so much easier before the July 2026 upgrade. Now it is too much of a hassle to log in this app that I prefer using a different app.

This app is pure rubbish

This app is pure rubbish. It takes more than “2 minutes” to sync and when it does bother to sync with the scale, it always adds to the weight by at least .1. Why can’t it display the exact weight shown on the scale display. I won’t get into all of the forced app updates that I have yet to see be beneficial.

Too Many Uogrades

This app has tons of upgrades that seem to happen nearly every time I login.

Poorly designed

There’s so much clutter on the front home Page, it’s not eye-catching at all. There’s nowhere to see your weight loss progress in a graph or anything that shows from the beginning to the current date what your progress is. And the recent update to the food area, you have to know how many grams of protein and servings of fat and carbs you’re eating instead of adding the food. The app is just an advertisement to sell things. I don’t like it. With all the money they put into it to build this, they could’ve done a lot better job than this.

Terrible

I can’t tell you how much I hate this app. Set a goal, follow for a few days - then disappears. Again and again. Need to reschedule? Great except the app freezes every time you get to the correct screen. Yes I have tried uninstall/reinstall. Repeatedly. If I had a choice - I wouldn’t use this. Terrible.

It Used To Be Good

This app was great for tracking meals and such, but since the recent update it doesn’t work properly at all. When logging meals it freezes and you have to close and reopen the app. You can’t select items from saved meals. Everything has to be entered every time now. Very disappointing.
