Awful app and they charged my insurance $250 for baiting me to watch 3 videos. Don’t use it!

Back fusion relief

I had a lower lumbar fusion two years ago and still suffer from degenerative disc disease which contributes to my daily pain in my lumbar and cervical areas. This app has significantly assist my pain relief and I believe it has increased my mobility a little bit as well. I highly recommend, plus it’s nice to be able to do it on your own time and at your own locations without the financial burden of hefty co-pays!

Pick the stretches that make you smile

Great program, it something I turn to when I feel the presence of pain. As you stretch, you will find the stretches that help you the most. These are usually my go to when I haven’t the time to do a full session. This is such a great tool to have and the support of the PT and coach they will keep you motivated and moving in the right direction.

I started using Hinge Health months ago
It is user friendly but if you have a question, there is always an associate available to assist you
I really not the best patient as my pains are long term and chronic
I Will will say the the exercise helps with motivation and stretching, something we all should be doing

The Enso has been really helpful in somewhat alleviating some of my pain.
I highly recommend this wonderful product
