Update broke this app
Your recent update is horrible and broke the app. I cannot get past the agreement. App is now unusable.
Doesn’t always work
The app doesn’t always load and sometimes the bin doesn’t register my dose and when I try to do it on the app… it just keeps spinning. It would be nice if it actually worked..

This app is like the us healthcare system personified.
Useless App
The device itself and automatic replacement service is very convenient.
As others have reported, the app doesn’t always work. You get the endless circle of death when trying to access. Not being able to change your schedule is highly annoying. I don’t want to have to call someone to discuss my injections. None of your business. I finally deleted it because I am getting messages to inject on my off week and couldn’t change it.

Not reliable
The app is great when it works. The last several times I tried to use it will not open…just sits there with the spinning circle. I confirmed the app is update and restart my phone but still does not work. Hard to keep up with my shot location without it.

App not working right now
I was due for a shot so I went to open the app and the wheel is just spinning and has been for 30 minutes or more. I wanted to double check which side I should do the injection this week, but it won’t load so I just picked a side and went with it. I’ll call tomorrow and update the side I used if needed and see if they can tell me why the app isn’t loading.

Needs a little work
Not a bad app but it’s very inconvenient to change your schedule. It would be nice if you could do it in the app and have it approved or something rather than having to contact support. Mine came late so my schedule started off wrong and it didn’t register my first dose.
I tried contacting support but then the ability to type just disappeared from the app, even after reinstalling. Not sure why that happened.

Basic App With Needed Dev Work
Pretty basic app for the smart sharps bin. To edit or change your schedule or edit your profile information you’ll have to speak with support.
You can request a new sharps bin through the app, a bit too easily. I tapped the button and it said one will be sent, but I was hoping to confirm the shipping address. The kicker is, I didn’t even need a sharps bin. So I’ll be on the lookout for this extra sharps bin.
It still needs some dev work to properly sized for iPhone 15 Pro Max.
It does not support Dark Mode. You’re stuck with their white background and green colors.
HealthKit integration is nonexistent which is disappointing. I don’t plan on using the app much since I already track my usage through Apple’s Health app.
It needs some dev work for VoiceOver and Screen Readers.
The app will not load without an internet connection. Although, it doesn’t use too much data. Loading up the app and clicking through almost all the sections it used about 5MB of data. Some sections like the Chat and Learn take about a half a second to load. Toggling between the two sections you’ll see the load spinner icon.
