About

HealthC is a private, on-device tracker for everything you put in your body: prescription medications, hormones, GLP-1 injections, peptides, supplements, vitamins and nootropics. Log a dose in seconds, get reminders so you never miss one, and see how much is still active in your system with clear in-body level charts based on each compound's half-life. Built for people who take their health seriously and want their data to stay theirs. No account. No cloud. No tracking. Everything lives on your iPhone. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Log doses in one tap and never lose track of what you took and when - Smart reminders, a next-dose Home Screen widget and a Lock Screen Live Activity, so your schedule is always a glance away, and log a dose right from the widget without opening the app - In-body level charts that estimate how much of each compound is still active, from published half-life data - Recurring schedules and multi-compound programs with per-compound start dates - A reconstitution calculator for peptides: powder plus water gives you the exact draw on an insulin syringe - Injection logging with site rotation - Vial and inventory tracking that counts down your supply and reminds you to reorder - Blood-work tracking with reference ranges and trend charts, overlaid on your dose timeline - Body metrics and Apple Health activity (steps, energy, exercise) - A mindfulness breathing timer - A private, on-device place-and-time timeline - Full local backup and CSV export that you control PRIVATE BY DESIGN All of your health data is stored only on your device. HealthC has no servers and no account system; nothing is uploaded, sold or shared. Apple Health data is read on-device and never leaves your phone. Turn on Discreet Mode to hide compound names from your Lock Screen, widget and notifications. IMPORTANT HealthC is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device and not medical advice. The in-body level charts are estimates for personal tracking, not measurements, and must not be used to make dosing decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, and only track substances that are legally prescribed to you or legally obtained in your jurisdiction.

What's New in HealthC

1.3.3

August 27, 2026

New in 1.3.3: - A shopping list for your own schedules. Pick 4, 8, 12 or 17 weeks and HealthC counts the doses that fall in that window, subtracts what your open vials already cover, and rounds the rest up to whole vials, plus syringes and swabs. It counts what you already planned; it never suggests a dose, a frequency or a length. - Input fields are readable. Placeholders like "e.g. 250" sat at 2.7:1 against their own field where the accessibility standard asks for 4.5:1, and the fields themselves were barely distinguishable from the card behind them. Fields are now inset and every placeholder was rebuilt to be legible. 122 other pieces of small text were raised above the same threshold. - Icon colours mean something now. The add menu, settings and the compound cards each used to invent their own red, blue, orange, purple and teal. One colour, one meaning, across the whole app. - Adding a compound draws the half-life you set. A decay curve appears under the slider so a mistyped value is obvious before you save it rather than weeks later, and the slider itself is now spaced so short half-lives are actually reachable. - The blood-work charts state the period they cover, so they cannot be misread against the Levels chart, which has its own window. - Ticking a compound off the Levels chart now says which line just left. - The first-run screens were given some character.
