SCAM
I tried contacting 5 different times with no response at all, just collecting my money without providing the promised services. I put my card on pause and now they are harassing me about payment but couldn’t respond to any previous messages. hundreds of dollars without being able to use the “benefits” even once. this company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people.

Not sure what The coverage is for
I can never get a hold of anyone. There isn’t any information on the coverage. You can’t search for anything on the internet. I don’t remember where I saw an ad for this to sign up. As of right now the app doesn’t explain anything. Makes me wonder where my money going to every month. Will cancel now.

Poor customer service
First off you can’t get ahold of anybody I used the chat on the app and tried calling the number they emailed me. I had thought that since I didn’t have the funds and was emailed about the coverage ending that obviously it was canceled. Apparently that’s not the case and as soon as I had money put in my account for groceries they pulled it out. Now for the past three months my cars been tore up and I haven’t been able to work I have had no money and the guy who I talked to was a jerk about it he canceled the coverage but they wouldn’t refund the money. I will never use this company and will advise everyone else I know against it.
