This app used to work very well but not anymore. I’ve updated the app and even deleted and reinstalled the app but every time I make an appointment I get an internal error message.

I am very happy with this clinic the stuff members are very kind and all the doctors are very nice.
Great practice
After seeing a GP for 15 years I decided to find one closer to home . I have now been going to PVMC for some time and am extremely happy . The reception staff are all very respectful and lovely to deal with . The practice is beautifully presented . I see Dr Ahmed and he is so professional, I never feel rushed and he listens to me and I always leave feeling very happy . I have now transferred my care to this centre . Thank you PVMC 🌹🌹🌹

Bugs everywhere
I want to like this app im sure it could make making appointments easy but nothing really works, I can’t log in because it asks me to create a passcode every time even though I already have so it says to try again later. I tried to move an appointment forward, it gets me to select a new time but there’s no continue button so I can’t it’s impossible to change the appointment time.

Nothing loads
When I click on open in app for an appointment I receive an email for the app dosnt load the information, if I open an escript it try’s to open it in the app and it dosnt load. It dosnt update with my appointments and seems very clunky.
