Love the app but recently won’t allow to book my GP on the app, comes up with errors
Greater access and choice
HealthEngine provides better choice of appointment time and the ability to use it online saves work for you and the medical receptionist. All good! and you can select the type of appointment you need.
Takes over scripts without asking
Removing this app, every time I open a script it tries to take over. If there’s a setting that can be changed, default it to not do this. I’m not wasting my time trying to find it to turn it off.

App too complicated
STOP opening my eprescriptions!!!
I have turned off the setting in the app and it STILL opens them up every time it is so frustrating!! Deleting this app because of it, such an intrusive feature and annoying feature which won’t turn off.

When you have suffered different types of issues over your life time and your very busy and forget to call and make an appointment with your Dr. Health Engine is fantastic due it allows you to choose an appointment at anytime of the day
