Caught between a rack and a hard place when your medical practice signs up to Health Engine. You put up with what is essentially a marketing platform, for a poor app to start with.

I have learned by experience that Healthengine has a bad memory. Without warning, your appointment will disappear and you have taken time off for no reason. So confirm your appointments with the medical facility. Never assume.
Great for Appointments but don’t use the Telehealth function
I used the Telehealth function in this app because I needed urgent prescriptions. In spite of being advised the wait time was 30 minutes, I have been waiting 61/2 hours now
And Only received two SMS saying I was in the wait room. This is a bogus service and if you need Telehealth then find another provider.

Contacted Telehealth when very sick with flu like symptoms.. spoke with lovely dr who was very knowledgeable and really helpful
Horrific
Booked Telehealth for my very sick daughter. Up to 5 hours of chasing up a service that charged me $75 and no service. Is this a fraudulent app and service praying on the vulnerable? Health Engine not contactable
