Useless
I ordered on this app for the first time on 20.9.2026 (a week ago) and it said my prescription was arriving today, between 9 am to 5 pm. It’s now 18.0.1 pm and it hasn’t arrived! Utterly useless.

Error when trying to schedule
I was prompted to re order by text, which I did. Then at checkout I wanted to move the date back a bit as I have about a week left on my previous prescription. But that prompted an error because the order was already made. You need to move this schedule option before checkout else it’s pointless. Plus can you default the payment method to the customer’s preference? I pay in collection, I do not want to go through these extra steps.

Easy way to manage medication
The app is great for reminding you to order meds and is quick and easy to use. It helps having a great pharmacy like Jedburgh Pharmacy to full fill the order .
An excellent app for ordering prescription tablets
I used to call the local pharmacy when I ran out of tablets. Healthera made things a lot easier and smoother.

One day I am informed my request for renewal is approved and the next day I am asked for urgent action to approve it.

Every time I log in now I have to re-enter my password and /or get a code. Really annoying, almost getting rid of the app as I have to go looking for password.
Spam’s notifications
Seems like a good idea, but it just spam’s notifications all day when I haven’t even used it for anything yet. Yuk. Developers, please remember your app is never as important to other people as it is to you

How do you cancel schedules or remove items from them.

Another update completed & now, after being a member for 2350 days I can no longer sign in on my iPhone, only my iPad! Keep going round in circles & getting nowhere. Please do another update.

Too many emails
I get emails every day reminding me to order. It’s so annoying. 1 is sufficient.
Order issues
Have used this app easily until today. Not able to order so deleted app and reinstalled now it won’t accept my or any other postcode?
Horrible app
This is the most unhelpful app I have ever used. It takes forever to place a repeat prescription order. It’s so confusing to use.
