Good scale poor app
I haven’t used the scale SBF77 with my phone for some time but am trying to use it now. The app logged me out. I managed to log in again but the scale is not shown in my devices (even though it used to be there). If i try to add it the pin shows on the scale display but once added on the phone it gives an error and a new pin is shown. This keeps on going indeffinetly but the two devices dont pair. The scale works good it just doesnt connect to the app. I tryed reseting the device by removing the batteries but it didn’t help.
App support is not available, once I try to send a request “no email address stored” message is shown even though I registered with my email and receive password and login messages to it.
Too bad for the poor app support because the scale is pretty good.

no funciona nada
pues eso, no funciona NADA,ni el mail, password, sincronización entre dispositivos, ni tan solo los datos guardados, es como una aplicación fantasma.

Llevan años sin actualizarla
No se para que siguen vendiendo productos de esto si no actualizan la app y no funciona… por algún motivo, supongo que una actualización de mi iPhone o simplemente porque va mal la app, se cerró la sesión y ahora pone que ocurrió un error y que lo intentes más tarde cada vez que intento iniciar. Y la asistencia de la app es inexistente, no contestan

Works well, with some missings
I have SBF-77 scale and collects data about BMI, body-fat, -muscle and -water. Unfortunately some of these data cannot be handed over to AppleHealth to distribute it other health apps. It would be nice to have it.
Difficult to use
2 years in and I’m still struggling with this app. Very difficult to find any data in it. For instance, my latest weigh-in stats seem to have vanished. Wish I hadn’t bought these scales and gone for the known branded ones instead ( which I could have got cheaper on Amazon)
Garbage
This app is absolute garbage. There is a constant need to restart the app in order to get a connection and then you can only get one reading to sync. If you do more than one, you need to restart the app and hope it registers your device first, and second syncs the data.
Nice app
I like this app a lot it’s one of better ones when it comes to blood pressure monitoring but it seems to have an issue connecting to my iPhone through Bluetooth about once in 5 time it will not connect and I unfortunately loose track to that reading

Otra vez da error y no reconoce al usuario ni cambiando la contraseña.
Hay que borrar y reinstalar.
Y, claro, se borran todos los datos.
Serían 5 estrellas si enlazase con rapidez y facilidad los datos de la báscula.
El pulsioxímetro en cambio funciona perfecto y es igual de antiguo.

Nu se poate lega cu Apple Health
La toate celelalte aplicatii merge integrarea cu Apple Health, iar la aceasta deloc. Nici nu are obtiuni de conectare manuala intre aplicatii.
No funciona
Antes de actualizarla funcionaba perfectamente. Ahora no ha manera de enlazar el tensionómetro con el teléfono

Petite prise en main au départ pour connecter l’application avec le pèse personne.
Il faut juste à chaque utilisation réinitialiser l’application avec la balance pour avoir toutes les données. Sinon parfait fait le job.

Nie zapisuje danych w apple health
Aplikacja przestała zapisywać dane w aplikacji zdrowie. Przy ręcznej synchronizacji crash.
La App es muy inestable
Pierde los datos y a veces funciona y muchas no.
Dramat
Apka miałaby sens, jakby co chwila nie crashowała - sama się wyłącza, nie zachowuje zmian w logowanych pomiarach. Chcę usunąć dwa pomiary z błędną datą (bo zły format początkowo ustawiłem w mało intuicyjnym panelu daty na urządzeniu), to usuwa a przy następnym włączeniu apki dalej je pokazuje.
Gdybym wiedział że aplikacja będzie tak źle działać, nie zdecydowałbym się na zakup urządzenia!
