Don’t use this sub par app
manage two gyms using GymMaster, and after trying LegitFit for our third facility, the difference in functionality and reliability is clear. Unfortunately, LegitFit falls far short of what we expected from a modern gym management platform.
One of our facilities is not always staffed, yet LegitFit doesn’t offer basic remote access features such as unlocking doors remotely or setting doors to remain unlocked during events like open days. This creates unnecessary operational issues.
The staff app is also poorly designed. Staff members are required to download a second app just to access the facility, instead of having everything integrated into one platform where they can also manage classes and view attendance.
There are several other issues that make the software feel underdeveloped compared to other systems on the market. Overall, the platform lacks the polish and functionality we need to run our gyms efficiently. I genuinely regret switching to LegitFit for our third facility, and I struggle to understand how it has received such high ratings.

Not easy to use
Really now very easy to use, can’t find the class timetable for tomorrow
First challenge session
First group session woke anxious ! Arrived anxious but the group friendly and welcoming Jamie is a pro! He really understands his clients and has such a belief in individuals that makes this gym stand out by far. I Love Loved my first session really my kind of workout and people! Can’t wait for the next one. X

Great booking app
I find the app easy to navigate and straightforward for booking classes. Would definitely recommend.
App is down and my block booking isn’t showing
There appears to be an issue with the app and I now can’t see my block bookings or any classes to book. Rubbish!
