Multiple members on an account
My partner signed us up at a club with a joint membership so are both members on her account. On the website we can switch between us, but can’t see how to do this on the app. It just defaults to her.
So much better!
Since the latest update, this App is fantastic. It’s so much easier to use and there’s no more white screen. I’m a member at different clubs that use ClubRight too and it’s easy to switch clubs. The images really make it look premium too 💪
Bad update
Used to be able to see how many were in a booked class/session. Since the update this isn’t possible so no idea if the pool will be full or not. Very frustrating.

Impossible to cancel membership
Could be much better
I have been using this app for over a year now and found some major flaws.
1. When you have multiple memberships, it is difficult to switch between clubs (this may have been addressed in the latest update)
2. The app has forgotten about one of my clubs so I have to be signed in manually - defeating its purpose.
3. There is no option for cancelling a membership or sending a cancellation request.
If not for the above, this would be a decent enough system.
