Hi the app is poorly designed and accidentally clicking on the box will remove wait list status. Can you fix it and only when clicking on the small button will create a confirmation to quit waitlist with another Yes/No click? This bug is super annoying, please fix ASAP. Thanks

I hate that my gym uses this app to gain access. On more than one occasion I have had to go home as I have been unable to enter due to app issues
Who develops this rubbish
I’m not sure if this app was whipped up for a school project or something, but it’s very much on par with their gym website integrations - i.e. barely usable, frustrating and unreliable.
Terrible
One of the worst apps I think i have ever used.
The UI is terrible, straight out of 2008. In addition, you regularly run into error messages when trying to perform common actions.
Sometimes QR codes or different parts of the app just straight refuse to load, even on WiFi
