Really really awful app and company
App is really shoddy website is crashing you can’t just use the webpage you need to have the app but logging into the app is impossible you can’t update security questions because the website is awful. Customer service sucks
Useless onboarding
Seems to be a total lack of communication between the app developers and the GP surgery’s using this. In the app I’m told I need my passport to register, while my GP surgery swears that no such thing is needed.
Creating more noise than optimizing work
Overcomplicated and not working on primal functions. Require redesign and re prioritize functions. It makes everyone’s life worse. All it does is take request for appointment, not sure how the tool ended up this state
Dont trust the paid reviews
This app is a health hazard. Those who made it should be ashamed. GP practices that use it should get their license revoked.
