Takes 10min to open each time (if it works)
Every time I try to use this app it is stuck in account upgrade screen for up to 10min making it unusable. App design is confusing, inaccessible to no -tech people and sadly as it has been forced on us we have no choice except to call gp directly.
Worst app for GP
I’ve never seen such a bad app before, there’s so many bugs that have never been fixed such as the login bug where it just says incorrect login no matter what. I don’t understand why this has so many positive reviews it’s awful.
Tries to save time, creates more work
Terrible app - I’ve struggled to access every time I’ve needed to use it, and end up having to call my GP surgery anyway. Last time, I had to contact the developer team to be granted access. This time, it requires me to set up two-factor authentication but doesn’t respond when my phone number is provided, rendering the app completely inaccessible. I’m writing this review while on hold to my GP surgery, trying to make the appointment I should have been able to use this app for.

How you have a high rating is beyond me.
Sort out your authentication flow.

Terrible app. After being forced to update, I have to answer verification questions to be able to get onto the app. The second question just says ‘undefined’, so I can’t possibly answer it. Can’t contact my GP now because I can’t access my account.
Awful app and experience
Been trying to get a prescription but your app is not being updated. You send random texts and it’s impossible to speak to anyone. Shockingly poor experience. .

Ordering Prescription through the app is very convenient. My pharmacy delivers promptly and I receive my medications within the time. Thank you NHS🙏

I’m honestly surprised by the positive reviews because I’ve had the exact same issue. The app constantly requires me to log in again, even when I’ve already logged in, and sometimes asks me to sign in again when I’m simply trying to navigate between different sections.
It’s extremely frustrating and makes the app unnecessarily difficult to use. The interface also doesn’t feel very intuitive, which makes the whole experience even worse.
If this is a known bug, it really needs to be fixed because repeatedly having to log in just to use the app is not acceptable. I hope this is actually resolved soon rather than users just being told to email support.

Good service
Clunky and bugged
Completely unable to login due to the security question being broken and showing as “undefined”.
Glitch
One route to ordering a repeat prescription works fine, the easier one doesn’t - telling me there are unacceptable symbols when none are present.
