Andy

Clunky and unintuitive. Absolutely awful app.

Orders

Why do I get locked out so much .I know it needs to be secure which i appreciate but surely not every month .I have a busy life please make it easier for full time workers.
Thanks

Repeat Prescriptions

Easy to order repeat prescriptions & ready to collect in a few days

Absolutely awful

Total waste of time and money spent on creating this app. It was never needed in the first place. Bring back System One. Having registered and used the app for a while I now have to go through the process again. What on earth for. Pathetic.

Awful as usual anything related to NHS services

None of these apps work! Can’t even log in most of the time, getting messages like “we couldn’t log you in for some reason”, well, thanks for absolute nothing, jokers. What the hell is wrong with you? Health care and no standards whatsoever, shame!

Frustrating

This app is like a barrier to being able to access your GP .. To even log in can be incredibly difficult. It never seems to remember passwords, meaning resetting every time I wish to interact with my GP practice. Even after jumping through hoops to login, I find I can order a prescription but am not able to request help from a GP . I really don’t like this app .

Abysmal Application

Terrible app that represents everything wrong with wastage in NHS procurement. The function to download documents within the messaging service is broken, the download button leads to nowhere.

Really good app

So helpful. Access lots of personal info and medical history.

Can’t see messages, double log ins

Awful app. I get emails to say I have a new message but the page never loads so I can’t see them! So I still have to go through the ordeal of calling the doctors to see what the response was - making this app pointless! Also have to type in my password and log in twice every time to access. So buggy. Please fix

A great App

Works well. Makes ordering meds and making appointments easy.

App used by GPs to withdraw other communication services

My issue is not with the app per se but the fact that GPs are using it to create a barrier between the patient and them.

I can make a request on Evergreen okay, but I am then told by my surgery that it will take UP TO 5 DAYS before the request is even read. At the same time, the practice refuses to allow patients to make appointments by phone or in person. So, having pushed us on to the app because "it makes things faster", we learn that it slows everything down by 5 days.

I requested additional medicines via the app because I was going on holiday. I got a message on the app saying this was referred to the practice pharmacist. He emailed me four days later for more details and I replied. I then heard nothing in the next 17 days. On the app the request was marked as "completed".

The problem with this app is not, in my view, the app itself. If it were offered alongside other communication services it would be a good thing. Unfortunately, it is being used by health centres to remove other faster, more efficient communication services. Evergreen does not make things faster in practice. On the contrary, it makes things very much slower, and allows administrators to mark cases as resolved when they have never been addressed.

Efficient

This method started off very well and my prescription was delivered within a couple of days by Royal mail , sadly now I have been waiting over a week and have run out of my medication, so I’m not a.happy bunny as it’s my blood pressure tablets .

So frustrating to use

Constantly asks you to re-login - it’s infuriating

All ok

All ok, wish it would save my email address

Review

This System works well for me thank you, excellent service 👍👍

Easy ordering

Whenever you remember to order your repeat prescription - just click the app and get your scripts delivered

Terrible app for essential service

It is completely beyond me that this app has as bad UX as it does when it offers such an important service. Without fail, everytime I use it I have to log in through the NHS as it says “biometrics has failed” on no other app does this happen. I urgently need to order a repeat prescription and it is saying my verification question is wrong when it absolutely isn’t. When I do manage to get into the app, it glitched and makes me log in again and again, it is difficult to navigate and find what I am looking for. For context I am a Gen Z person and so not technically illiterate in any way. This app is far too important to have terrible UX, please sort this out

Poor at best

Curious about the 4.6 rating. A pointless app in an attempt to improve interaction with the NHS which must have cost goodness knows how much of our tax payer money. This makes it all the more impersonal. All I want is to book an appointment but this complete unintuitive app makes it so difficult. Doesn’t help that the GP doesn’t respond within their 5 day SLA (18 days for mine) and what’s the appoint of having a request if you can only submit in their working hours? If anything could sum up today’s world this is it in a nutshell…

Ease of use

The menu is not always clear and sometimes the system isn’t “online “??
