Irritating app
Unfortunately I have to use this to get in touch with my GP. It asks for repeated sign ins. To get into app, to then request help - sign in again. If you move on from this screen, to go back sign in again.
The medication and other pages are never up to date and need constant refreshing. Pointless messages.

This app took over / replaced Dr iQ for GP appointments. It’s a total disaster. UI is horrible, just a bunch of badly coded web pages inside a shell of an app, but the most critical issue is their biometric login feature has been broken for 6+ months. You are forced to manually logged in for EACH & EVERY interaction within the app. This means even AFTER you’ve logged in the first time if you want to go to any part of your GP record you are forced to repeatedly, MANUALLY log in. GP sent you a message? Login. Want to read a prior message from your GP? Login again. Want to see your clinic letters? Login. Need to see a result? Login. I’ve opened numerous support tickets with screen recordings to no avail. The app is a flaming pile of garbage and people will quite literally die from not being able to contact their GP. They should never have gotten rid of / taken over Dr iQ which was way better. They also spam me with useless notifications about “wellness” but don’t notify me if my GP messages me. This app needs to be deleted and rebuilt, or better yet - get a new company with actual software developers.

It’s seems this app has been neglected. We doubt if anyone is checking the process flows. For example changing your online or collection provider for repeat prescriptions is a nightmare and impossible. We are tech savvy so we deleted the app.

Flaky. Badly designed and optimised
For no reason, no update or anything on the handset, biometric ID sign in has failed. Going back a stage is unintuitive and laboured. Were i less tech savvy this would be a problem for an older user.
To the designer, engineer this app for those who are less familiar with tech. It seems you have just built for function rather than functionality.

Absolutley love this system so easy to use and saved loads of time for myself and staff at the practice

Seems to be a great little app. One downside is that I have never been able to login with biometrics!Otherwise, all good. 😀

Completely useless 3rd party app. Paid GPs to utilise it but doesn’t even allow patients to register in the app needs you to authorise the nhs app which means 3rd party access to health records and gps who are compromised. About as useful and welcome as a std.
Bad move by GP Surgeries to use this
Goodness knows why our GP practice decided to use this app. Everything was fine with the NHS App & AskMyGP

Prescriptions do not work on this app and is confusing to find orders

From an older person’s point of view it would greatly benefit from an adjustable font to make it easier to read on a small mobile phone screen. The GP. Help section so far has not yielded great results for myself so needless to say I am not so impressed.
Unusable and buggy
Cannot login anymore. Have created temporary password but then am asked a string of undefined security questions that I have to give an answer to but the question simply states “undefined”. Garbage and very frustrating my local GP holds patients hostage with this useless app, washing their hands of any responsibility

Sends you to odd places, lacks simplicity, intrusive notifications too proactive asks me about my bowels one day prostate the next and impossible to make an appointment. Useless!
