Unreliable
I can get into this app maybe one out of every three attempts. Other time it hangs on the picture of the dog, other times it just gets stuck on loading account details, and yet other times I have to re-enter my email and password. Once in the app it looks nice enough but navigation is complex and a maze of options.

Possibly worst app
I think this might be one of the worst app experiences I have ever used. For a big company and an expensive service it’s embarrassing
No support offered for bugs
The system that captures points is so inefficient and slow. Last week, it didn’t record my Sunday partner gym points, and weekly rewards were not available to me. Later in the week, gym points were updated but weekly rewards remained unavailable. When I flagged this to support, I got astonishing reply “I can confirm your points are capture late that’s why you cannot access rewards”.
Hey, are you guys ok there?!! Fix your system and give people the rewards you promised! It’s not a free app, my company pays for it…

App doesn’t work properly
Only way to access rewards is via the app which doesn’t work. Tech support doesn’t help so no way to access rewards.
