This app keeps getting worse

You used to be able to sort out missing points. Now half way through the process the app stalls due to a random picture about cinema tickets. Not solved by reinstalling. Very poor… and still missing points

Can't login for last two days

Can't login for last two days. Re installed, no luck. Error code 307L

Very slow

Content of the app is useful - however the app is very slow to load, to load voucher, points been added which becomes very annoying

Encouraging

The experience through the app makes me goal driven, push myself to set targets and track my progress against it.
The experience motivates me to stretch my targets and the journey to achieve them keeps me fit.

Log me out one more time, I dare you

Constant log outs. Takes an age to load, if it even does. Rewards disappear when you need them, with just a pathetic little “they’ll be back soon message”. Points also don’t show straight away. Speaking of, the heart rate workout point system is ridiculous. You can do a 1.5 hour strength training workout but because your heart isn’t extremely high the whole time it counts for nothing. Having a lower heart rate means you’re healthier! Anyway, an absolute pain of an app. The only positive is that the cafe Nero voucher shows up immediately.
