I want to express my sincere gratitude to the HealthifyMe team for completely turning my health and fitness journey around. Dropping from 104 kg to below 90 kg felt like a massive goal, but with the right structure, guidance, and continuous encouragement, it became a reality.

Everything required for fitness under one app
I’ve had a great experience using the HealthifyMe app. It’s an all-in-one platform that makes it much easier to stay consistent with health and fitness goals.
The coaches are supportive and provide personalized diet and workout plans that are practical and easy to follow. I also love the weight tracking feature, calorie tracking, water intake reminders, sleep tracking, and activity monitoring—all in one place. These features make it easy to understand my progress and stay motivated every day.

It is not particularly easy to use, and I have found in many instances that the macros are completely different than other sources

This App won’t allow me to complete the account. At one stage it asks to choose a plan for the subscription. But the prices are not shown, neither is there an option to skip the page. So it’s just useless.
We need an update!!!
Can you add functionality of editing food database or create own food database where we can add nutrition information by ourselves?
E.g I made paneer at home using skimmed milk. I calculate the nutritional information of paneer per 100grams using the label on milk can I used.
It has different calories and protein kind of things than existing database.
I wanted to add this in my food database but unable to do so.
It would be great option for users..

Money Suckers .. No true value to your service
These people charge for their services but do not understand the lifestyle of their clientele. I haven’t had a fitness coach for the last 5 months, and when I asked for an extension, they claimed they had shared timely updates with me, which I never received. They never informed me that the fitness coach was unavailable or that no service was available at the moment.
I had already escalated this issue in the past, and they said that my engagement with the fitness and diet coach had been limited. Do they even check their records? When I raised this concern in January, they said they would extend the service, but now they are conveniently blaming me by saying they shared updates with me, while all I received were promotional WhatsApp messages about their products.
My previous coaches, even if I didn’t schedule a call, would follow up with me themselves and ask if I was doing well because they were aware of my routine and lifestyle.

Journey to Healing
I was appointed one of the greatest dietitians from Berry Street. I already had the tools to make this a successful and enjoyable experience. Ashley just turned and tuned it up for me. I’m so appreciative and humble by the guidance. Understand my Love for great tasting food is undeniable LOL. She just amped up my taste buds to another level of healthiness with the pressure of giving up the things I love to eat. A little tweak here and there helped to maximize the nutrients I needed for that meal. Thank you for your knowledge of food. I will always remain grateful and humbled by this journey of healing my body and enjoying every bite 😋

It’s a good app. The inclusion of AI seems like catching up to trends but where are overview of macros via iOS widgets? Also integration to Apple health?
It’s very backwards when it cannot sync properly with garmin connect nor apple.
Please make a widget for a quick overview of macros consumed daily.

Scam
I would not recommend this app to anyone. It’s a scam. Once you pay money for a few months of course, their behaviour will completely change. The plan they make is worse than what you can get from ChatGPT. They give you 7 options of breakfast lunch and dinner and ask you to eat any of those options any day of the week. I had taken 4 months of course. This said diet plan remained exactly the same for the whole 4 months, not even a single change was made. Then you are required to track your daily calories through the app. The coaches don’t even care to do a single follow up call no matter how many calories you track in the app. You yourself have to schedule call with the coach if you want to discuss anything but they don’t care at all. The customer care team is also completely unresponsive. First time I raised a concern, they asked me to talk to my coach. But she did not do any changed in my plan based on that. The next time I reached out to the customer care team (and I did 4-5 times) there was no response from them. And there is no option to call them directly btw.

Good App, Terrible Customer Support
I tried to cancel my subscription and the customer support took forever.
They sent an automated text saying they were stopping the conversation because I took too long to respond even though their previous messages were sent seconds ago, and they did this multiple times when I tried to cancel the membership.
Save your time and energy and use a different app.

Worst app
I bought pro account. No live support you have to wait days to get response. After activating account no support once you pay the money. App lacks coach selection and lot of other features.
Please fix this bug
Everytime I open the app, I see 5000 cals against every meal! I have to close and open the app two times to see actual calories I set for the meals

Money oriented app only
Coach will contact you only when they want to get feedback or for upgrades the plan else they will not take care. So, here coaches are pure marketing guys for the app. They do not change the diet plan for the more than 1 or 2 months if you don’t ask them to change. Even during the pregnancy they don’t change the menu and can you imagine at that time someone can eat same food for the month or more than that? Its such a pathetic app and people

Pay without seeing app
Not willing to give my data and my time without better understanding the experience, layout and reporting. Sure there’s a trial period but those are a pain to turn off and I don’t want to share any data without knowing.
