Use this app to share your health lifestyle activities and metrics such as nutrition, hydration, and blood pressure with a provider on the platform. If your provider is not using HealthMotivate Engage yet, you may still use the app to follow health plans and keep track of your lifestyle activities. We welcome your early feedback to improve the app experience.
