Won’t reset
The app works great most of the time. However, don't ever get locked out. Last time took me 3 days to get back in with me just trying different combinations over and over because it keeps saying ‘details don’t match any account on record’ or ‘enter specified fields’ when everything is entered. This is very frustrating and luckily I didn’t need to get into online banking.
