About
HealthPost delivers your Apple Health data to the HTTPS endpoints you choose—securely, automatically, and on your terms.
Connect webhooks and APIs for personal automation with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Home Assistant, or your own backend. If it accepts JSON over HTTPS, HealthPost can send your health updates there.
WHAT YOU CAN SYNC
• Steps, distance, floors climbed
• Active and basal energy
• Workouts
• Heart rate, HRV, walking heart rate
• Sleep (including sleep stages when available)
• Blood pressure, blood glucose, blood oxygen, respiratory rate
• Weight, BMI, body fat
Choose exactly which metrics to enable. HealthPost only reads what you allow.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Allow access to the Health data you want delivered
2. Add one or more HTTPS destinations (POST, PUT, or PATCH)
3. HealthPost syncs new samples and sends a clean JSON payload to each enabled destination
Sync can run from HealthKit background delivery, manual Sync Now, built-in periodic sync, or the Shortcuts “Sync Health Data” action.
BUILT FOR RELIABLE DELIVERY
• Send to multiple destinations at once
• Automatic retries with backoff on failure
• Per-destination auth and custom headers (secrets stored in Keychain)
• Full delivery logs with status, timing, and data summaries
• Test send before you go live
• API-oriented JSON your automations can parse
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Your health data stays under your control. HealthPost sends it only to the destinations you configure. There is no HealthPost cloud middleman for your samples—the developer does not receive your health data through this sync flow.
IMPORTANT
HealthPost is a connectivity utility for delivering Health data you choose to your own endpoints. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. Background delivery works best with Background App Refresh enabled; force-quitting the app can prevent background launches until you open it again.
Perfect for builders who want Apple Health flowing into dashboards, home automation, personal databases, and custom APIs—without lock-in.
